When will my order arrive? Processed in 1–3 business days, then 7–20 business days to arrive. The tracking link in your shipping email shows where it is.

My tracking hasn't changed? It can sit still for a few days while the parcel moves between carriers. If it hasn't changed for 7 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Why did only part of my bundle arrive? Some bundle items ship separately. Check your email for a second tracking number.

What size cooling mat do I need? Measure your pet lying stretched out, from nose to base of tail, then add about 10 cm. S: cats and small dogs under 8 kg · M: 8–20 kg · L: 20–35 kg · XL: 35 kg and over. If your pet is between sizes, go up a size.

Is the cooling mat safe? It's a soft, breathable fabric cooling pad, so there's no gel inside. If it gets torn, take it away so your pet doesn't chew the pieces.

How do I clean the water fountain? Rinse it weekly and replace the filter every 2–4 weeks. Unplug it before cleaning and keep the water above the minimum line so the pump doesn't run dry.

Is the slow feeder dishwasher safe? Hand wash recommended, with warm soapy water.

Grooming glove: which pets is it for? Cats and short- to medium-coated dogs. One size fits most adult hands and has an adjustable strap.

Cat tunnel: which pets is it for? Cats, kittens and small dogs. It folds flat for storage.

Do you ship outside Australia? Not right now.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, within 12 hours. After that it may already be with the carrier.
